Working with businesses and organisations to provide coaching and leadership Development

I work with organisations and businesses that recognise that things can be better, both internally and externally, but need help getting there. My refreshing style unearths the causes of limitations within your business, limitations on your people, on your client satisfaction and on your overall business performance.

Why work with John Hill?

I have been an executive coach, team coach and leadership development specialist for 16 years, and more recently, a director at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) helping to influence the coaching profession through one of the key global contributors to coach training.

I want to make things better by helping you create an efficient, highly performing workplace, where people will want to work.

What do I DO

Systemic Team Coaching

In their book, ‘The Wisdom of Teams’, Jon Katzenbach and Douglas Smith (1993) suggest that most people know what good teamwork is, but simply don’t apply what they already know in any disciplined way and therefore miss the potential existing within teams. Team coaching focuses on helping teams tap into that potential and work much more effectively together.

Systemic team coaching involves the team, working with a coach, to identify and address underlying systemic issues that it may need to be aware of and to work with.

Visit the Team Coaching page to find out more about how it works and the benefits it could bring for your team.

Coaching Supervision

Professional coaches, team coaches and facilitators face all sorts of challenges. The environments in which coaches work are challenging and complex and supervision provides them with a structured and supportive environment to reflect on their practice, identify how to develop their practice, and practice new approaches and skills.

Supervision also helps maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Visit the Coaching Supervision page to find out more about the benefits of coaching supervision, including pricing and requirements for achieving or maintaining accredited status.

I feel very privileged to have John as my Systemic Group Supervisor. In addition to his deep knowledge and understanding of systemic team coaching, John brings with him a sense of curiosity and groundedness that sets up our supervision sessions in a way that all members of the group feel safe to bring and explore their issues and to engage in discussions that generate deep mutual learning.
